§ 4. SHIPPING

(1) Products that are "in stock" and that do not contain customized personalizations, such as stone setting and/or engraving, will be delivered within Denmark and the EU within 7 working days and outside the EU within 14 working days. (2) For products which have a longer delivery time and which are marked with the yellow colour, the delivery period can be up to 5 weeks in the case of delivery within Denmark and the EU. In the case of delivery outside the EU, the delivery period can be up to 7 weeks. (3) Both in and outside Denmark, all products will be delivered by the freight company Link Logistics. (4) The shipping costs depend on the customer's location: (a) delivery in Denmark: 7.00 Euro. (b) delivery in Norway: 21.00 Euro. (c) delivery within the EU: 15.00 Euro. (d) delivery outside the EU: 25.00 Euro. (5) Unspoiled Jewels ApS cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. (6) The risk of loss or damage will not pass to the customer until the goods have been delivered to the customer.
